• Prove that Log (Y/(1-Y)) = 0 corresponds to the half-saturation point, Y = 0.5.
• Calculate P₅₀ for myoglobin and hemoglobin near half saturation.
• For hemoglobin, why is the slope not constant?
• For hemoglobin, why does the slope tend towards 1.00 at high and low partial pressures of O₂?
